Masking is optional for clients. If you wear a mask during your session, I will too. (I usually wear KN95s.) You can also ask me to mask even if you don’t want to wear one yourself!
If you prefer a masked session and want me to know ahead of time, just select the “Masking Preference” add-on when you book online. You can also state that preference in the appointment notes.
All client-facing spaces have air filters that are able to fully filter the air in the time between sessions.
I work out of a home with shared air vents connected to the rest of the house. There are often other people at home during sessions, though they won’t be in any of the client-facing areas. The air vents run through a central air filter.
Depending on the weather, there is a window we can open in the therapy room.
The treatment room is located down a fairly steep flight of 10 steps with a railing on one side. The stairs have non-slip treads.
I offer mobile massage services for clients with mobility constraints. If stairs or lack of supports are a barrier to you, we can set up a session in your own home or another accessible location as long as it’s within the South Minneapolis area. I’ve got a variety of mobile equipment so don’t be afraid to reach out, we can make it work! Please email or text so we can discuss your needs before booking a session.
There are animals living in the home (two cats), but they are kept out of the studio space.
I can arrange for a low-scent environment, but not a no-scent one. I do use scented products in the house.
The studio space is located in a dry, dehumidified basement in an older home.
